Day two we headed into Branson to do some shopping! I mean really what is a trip to Branson without taking a trip to the Landing and the Tanger Outlet...
I completely forgot about the tornado that touched down in Branson until we were driving through town. It is so sad seeing some of the mom and pop type placed being leveled or abandoned but Branson is changing so much that most of those places were probably already closed.
We did some shopping at the Landing and ate lunch but the best deals were at the outlet mall! After dragging John and Kelly through all the shops we wanted to go into, we finally made it to the Disney store. Lets just say we had to watch John's hands because he wanted everything he saw or he felt as if the place he found it wasn't the right place (silly boy). John got some new Toy Story sunglasses and an alien...pretty sure we could have spent tons more but daddy made sure we didn't go too overboard.
Next up was dinner...which left us thinking about how the restaurant even stays open. We will just leave it at that and learn from it for next time.
After staying out late two nights in a row our little monkey was worn out! He runs crazy all day but crashes hard at night.
Day 2 was fun for at least the ladies but John's favorite day was our last day in Branson since we went back on the bus to Silver Dollar City {Which is coming up next!}.
