Un-pureed Goodness

John has started to really show more of an interest in our food lately so we have been slowly introducing him to more solid foods!
Today for lunch we gave him some macaroni and cheese!

He was super excited as you can plainly see

I mean he still doesn't have a huge appetite so I think he only ate about ten noodles all together but he totally loved every minute of it! I think it was being able to eat what mommy and daddy were eating that made him feel like such a big boy!

After playing with a few noodles he decided it was time to play with his tongue! He pretty much licks his lips while making noise. John thinks that it is the coolest thing to do but mommy and daddy believe it is the cutest thing!

Such a big boy! Mommy can't believe that you are turning ONE in 15 days!!!! So hard to believe and mommy loves how every day is a new adventure with you! Looking forward to seeing what else you are going to discover today!
One new discovery just happened...but will blog about that later!
